I read this book for pure curiosity and willingness to learn new things. Even if I am not trying specifically to lose weight, it has been really useful to assess my eating style. Small adjustments have had a tremendous influence: (1) increased strength training performance, (2) better recovery, (3) more organized and sustainable approach to eating and (4) -2 kg and a better shape even if it wasn’t my purpose. Hi, this has been about 15 days since I got it! I averaged doing the exercises 5 times a week. I enjoyed the exercises, the variety. Some were very challenging. I did lose the stubborn belly fat.
